Below are frequently asked questions, you may find the answer for yourself

Our primary goal is to maintain healthy, captive environments for our animal that facilitate and encourage successful breeding and health.

 

Picking up animals/ Visiting the Ranch

We offer pickup at our facility for any of our babies. We encourage pickups if possible to learn about your new animal in person.  We are not open to the public for general visits, tours or private interactions with any of our animals. All visits and pickups at the ranch are by appointment and are for purchasing or pickup only.

We understand you may be making a sizeable and lifelong investment in one of our animals, which is why I encourage pickup if and when possible. However, visits to interact with a particular species to test compatibility is not offered. Our animals are in a natural, breeding environments with special relationships with us and our keepers.

Shipping /Delivery

When purchasing a live animal from us we offer airline shipping to clients who live out of state or too far to travel to pickup your baby.

Shipping live animals is done through the airlines or by hand delivery only. Pickup is available at our facility at no charge.

Airline Shipping

-Same Day Service (takes just a few hours from my hand to yours)

-Pickup is at the closest major airports.

-Shipping cost depends on the species, weight, date, airline and weather. The cost covers all airline fees and tickets, shipping kennel and packing supplies, travel to/from the airport and booking fees. Cost does NOT include additional paperwork required for your state such as import licenses or health certificates if needed

Hand Delivery

-Animal is personally delivered to a designated destination or even to your front door

-Animal is accompanied and tended to for the duration of the transport

– Cost is determined by distance, time and animal(s) transported. Range varies greatly can be $50 for a short 30 mile trip to $300+ for a delivery.

 
Health Warranty, Effective 

We guarantee any animal sold is in good health and free from internal or external parasites, illness or disease at the time of sale. All animals are sold with a 1 year congenital defect warranty, hedgehogs are covered for Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome for life. If the animal is found to have parasites, illness or disease at the time of sale the owners must have the animal examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours to record and document. If it is determined by the vet that the animal was sold in ill condition the buyer can request a refund for medications administered, not to exceed the cost of the animal. CAMPION Exotics reserves the right to exchange the animal to minimize monetary damages. Injury, aspiration in bottle feeding animals, undesired temperament are NOT covered. If an animal dies due to parasite, illness or disease that it had at the time of sale the animal will be replaced. For claims over $500 a necropsy will be required to determine cause of death. All claims must be accompanied by vet reports, claims will not be considered if the animal was not treated by a vet. Any injury, aspiration, undesired temperament and medical conditions developed after time of sale are NOT covered. Shipping fees are not refundable. No refunds will be issued, exchange or replace only.

 
Deposits

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.  Shipping fees paid but not used are refundable. If you choose to move your deposit to another animal you will lose 40% of your deposit. Once an animal is ready to go, you have 7 days to receive or make arrangements to pickup the animal. A $3 per day fee will be added onto the price for any animal not picked up after 7 days of being ready to go.

 

Our kittens are delivered to the owners with the following documents:

  • Microchip;

  • Pet passport (Vaccinations Depending on Age);

  • Veterinary Health Certificate;

  • Origin / CITES Certificate – Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, CITES;

  • Purchase Agreement;

  • Delivery-Acceptance report.

 

About delivery/sending…

I am often asked how our pet are transported? In 99% of the buyer arrives / he arrives or courier. We met and accompanied with a pet. We make the necessary travel documents, pass the vet. control. If the pet flies, register it on the flight. All of our customers are coming / arriving were very pleased, because they do not have to do anything, just fly, everything else we do ourselves! We have 75% of the pet are exported, so a lot of practice to send the pet abroad. We have the possibility of delivering cargo to many countries of the world or by courier.

The kittens are completely domesticated, litter box trained and put from a bottle to meat, fish, poultry.
